I would like to believe this is a tow strap not a dog collar.....

I run a ranch in hickory creek and have seen yotes pretty regular but this was on the driveway by the main house and is a bit disturbing.....

Could be or just an old strap they wanted to chew up, dogs do some jack up things I got one that eats my 6yr old socks....

A bit disturbing for sure. It looks like it tasted like sh$t and hurt like he$$ coming out the next day.

Ouch. Clean it up and see if there are holes punched in it for a buckle
