This past weekend I was lucky enough to go down near Encinal at a buddy's lease and hunt for a management buck and any predators we came across... I've never hunted in South Texas and have never seen (in person) a javelina, so I had to take one. I also didn't realize how dumb these things are... It didn't matter though, I was still excited. =)

Once you get past the smell and skin them they are pretty good eating too.
