Racoon Infestation

I have been catching racoons @ my ranch since April 2011, to date I have caught/relocated (wink-wink) 32 racoons in the same spot. I have been using Meow Mix Cat Food (dry) and they love it.

My problem originated with them breaking into my chicken coop and getting my layer hens. It was no easy task figuring it out. All you need is a live trap, some wire and a good size board to go underneath (otherwise they just dig under and get the food.

wow that a lot of coons for one spot. i just bought 2 duke dog proof leg traps and these are by far the best traps i have used. really simple to set up and bait. i've probably caught about 15 on my driveway in the last couple months

I got some duke dog proof leg traps a few months ago. Love 'em, we have thinned out some coons.
