Welcome home Blitz - 08/09/20 04:01 PM

Me and Scalebuster bred two great French Brittanies and ended up with one of the nicest litter of pups I've ever seen. This is our pup Blitz he just came home yesterday.

I think you can take him hunting this season knowing his bloodlines.

Take a camera on the hunt, you will want to record his first point. Bet he gets that during the season.

I'm a picture nut. I carry a camera more than a shotgun. If we have any birds, y'all will get lots of pics. I have a young female "Ginger" from the Flying O ranch that will be a year old in October that I have high Hope's for and my buddy has a young GSP that is at trainer right now for 3 months, I plan to have some good pics of young dogs this season. But we need birds.

Slow and easy. He was playing with momma yesterday outside and I shot my little cap gun from about 30 feet away and he didn't budge. After a few weeks I'll move to pigeons and .22 blanks

Re: Welcome home Blitz - 08/10/20 01:58 PM

We went to bed at 10 and put him in his crate, went right to sleep, he slept till 1 am, wife took him out and he peed and pooped, went right back to sleep till 3, one quick pee and he was back to sleep till we got him up at 5:30 (i got up at 430 and he didn't hear me) he won't take no time to be potty trained. I'm sure he missed his sisters but he is in love with Daisy for some reason (our 15 yo Brittany) and loves to play with his ball donated from Coco (actually he stole it but she's cool with it, she has more).

My Dad used to tell me if they poop where they sleep they will be dumb dogs. He's got brains it seems. Congrats!
