Getting exciting at Ames

Getting exciting at Ames - 02/12/20 05:03 AM

In first brace today Dunn's Tried N True (who has won about everywhere and the returning champion) put down a strong three hours with 8 finds. In the afternoon brace Dominators Rebel Heir (a big time winner himself) laid down a 9 find performance with an unproductive. Probably the difference between them, and from the write-ups maybe race. Pictures I've seen looks wet and muddy, like a lot of years.

National Open Shooting Dog Championship won by Osceola's Rebel chief. 9 finds in the winning 90 min. Interesting deal is not a dog heavily trialed, a plantation dog. Anyone on a given day.
