Einstein/E-Collar Technologies

Anyone ever taken one apart? They no longer make the model I have and all I need to do is replace the battery. I took mine apart and removed the battery but there were also 2 springs in there as well. I have no idea where the springs go. Assuming I am able to find the batteries I need (and I should be able to), I'll need to know what to do with the springs to put it back together.
