Where abouts are you guys headed Saturday? We will be trying them just southeast of Texhoma, OK...have seen quite a few birds there this summer...can't wait! Should get into quite a few quail as well.

We'll be out around Dalhart! Birds will be good some places, and not so good others due to hail storms this summer. I plan to be in one of the good places!

I'm in a pickle cause I can't go till Saturday night. I hunted public last season opener and pointed 12 pheasent. I called my brother and he came up for the next day and the place was cleaned out. Not a single bird on the property. I think it's useless to go on the second day. I might go anyway but I might settle for deer hunting..
