Cheapest feed for quail and turkey?

For mixing in with corn in spin and road feeders, what is the cheapest feed for quail and turkeys? I know they'll eat corn, but I want something the deer and pigs can't get so easy.

Yep milo, mix it with my corn and the quail love it.

Wheat works great too!!!

I use nothing but full kernel corn, the size limit's who can eat it, Quail dove and turkey are about the only one's.
