Focused…

Pic from this past Saturday, so focused slobber runny out both sides of her mouth. I will just sit and watch her all morning, and I can tell just watching her and her eyes when she missile locks on a duck.

Good for her she loves it, like you say you don't have to look up she'll tell you when they are coming

Yep I love watching my dog watch ducks, and get a chuckle when a buzzard or crow flies by and she looks back at me wondering why I'm not shooting.

My lab used to give me a "what the he!!" look when I missed. Got that look a lot.

Here's one of my girl, Bella. Still has some blood in her mouth from her last retrieve. She is ready for that next bird.

One of the holes I hunt the birds come from behind a lot and swing to come back in. Whenever I see my dog perk up, a couple of seconds later I hear wings and then pick up the birds coming over.

Love it! A good retriever is the best part of any waterfowl hunt.
