Food for Muscovy ducks

I have a Muscovy duck that is sitting on a dozen or more eggs at the base of a cedar elm.
What can I feed it that won’t harm it ?
The only dog food I have is kibbles and bits with the meaty stuff in it.

Deer corn or hen scratch

I had a box of Cheerios... They loved it !
