Too late to plant? - 09/11/20 01:10 PM
Is it too late to plant groceries? I just gained access to a property with tanks and bottom land that consistently retains water during the winter months. I’d like to plant if there is something that would take and produce. Thoughts?

Depends on the part of the state but I’d get Millet in this weekend if possible.

I think you're probably still fine. 60 days from now is pretty much the start of the season. I'm going to over seed the areas I planted a couple weeks ago.

What are you looking to plant? If its millet, and this is your first year, you better call Mr. Green Jeans in your county and see if its ok.
