May be the real situation for public only hunters.
You can roughly bank on the 2nd Saturday of September for teal opener and it last 2 weeks.
First Saturday of November for big duck opener, just don’t know when the split will be, and it’ll end the end of January.

It's still in open comment till May 21st. Dates are usually not changed from what is proposed unless there is a lot of opposition.
