Small ducks, big ducks....medium sized?

Wondering how many people classify some ducks as medium sized? If so which ones?

I’ve always just been one to call them big ducks or small ducks.

Good stuff there. Teal, ruddy, and buffies would be the small ducks.

How I classify them

Small ducks - teal, bufflehead, ruddy

Big ducks - everything else

during teal season shovlers fall into the small category

So do wood ducks.
