Dove Hunting in Corn Fields

Dove Hunting in Corn Fields - 08/29/18 05:20 AM

I have hunted just about every kind of crop field for dove through the years. Never have hunted in corn fields. Heard it’s good though.

I will be hunting in a corn field on opening day. What’s y’alls experience in corn for dove?

Corn can be good. I like a burnt wheat field best, followed by sunflowers.

Corn's great. I've even had good hunts on soy beans and cotton.

Killed my first dove in a corn field. Had some good Whitewing hunts in corn field. Other great hunts in milo, sunflowers and goatweed.
