Back up shot gun case

Just got a new A300 from my boss. Now my Benelli nova will be my back up.


For dove season i am not worried about a case since I won’t be to far from my truck. But come duck season it is usually a hike in or a boat ride in. I have a floating shot gun case for my one gun but not the other.


I was wondering for those that take a back up do you use a double floating case or 2 singles?

I take two singles. I don’t take a backup gun unless I’m on a trip that’s 3 days or more. I do most of my hunting within an hour of the house, if my gun breaks I’m headed back to bed anyways.
