Duck aged 2 weeks in fridge whole guts in, cleaned them this morning before heading out. Like eating filet mignon...

Breast up aging. I normally don't age them that long and I try and clean them after the hunt, but just been busy but they were great. Drinking coffee now waiting for legal.
