Higdon standard foam filled deek size

Higdon standard foam filled deek size - 11/11/17 02:56 AM

I bought 18 from Midway and when I got the package is was surprisingly LIGHT! They were also fairly inexpensive.... I open them up and BAM, Mini-deeks??? I literally have teal deeks that are the same size. Don't get me wrong, they look cool, but they are tiny. Are the battleship ones any bigger? I have a kid that will start hunting here soon so I am looking to start getting my foam filled decoy inventory high. Any recommendations? Id go higdon but I am afraid of what the battleship ones will look like now.

Did you buy the tanglefree foam filled and looking at the standard higdon? Or is it the standard higdon you bought?

Looking at the pic the game winner teal might actually be more in volume.

The battleship is huge. Defiantly a magnum size decoy. Largest duck decoy that I've seen on the market in a while. Cabela's in Allen had them 4 days ago.

Thank you for the heads up on the battleship. I live in corpus, so Allen is not really an option I have yo call midway and battle them over the two day shipping and getting an exchange tomorrow.

I know nothing about the quality of the tanglefree ones. I just remembered seeing them on sale at Midway so at first thought those may have been the ones you bought.

Update, called midway and had to talk to a manager but got them to exchange them for the battleships free 2 day shipping. Really cool, way happy with that. Good job midway. They also said they would consider puting measurements on the website. Battleships in the mail. Fyi they make a frames only pack.
