My son shot the only black duck I've ever seen in TX.
Slow start but we ended with thumbs up.

Very few during the late part of the season. Most of us are taxidermy nuts and like to pick through the pretties.
Hen cans were just about the only ones we saw all season.
Black duck was a hen....
What happens when you get a bunch of collector/bird nuts together for 3 days.
