I think this year is going to be pretty challenging. More water means more places for the birds to go, and they will pushed around a lot with the pressure. The last couple years have been easy, mudflats and low water either kept people home or if you didn't know how to hide you just didn't shoot ducks. This year, there are 6 foot tall willows everywhere that any renob can stand in and hide, and with the conditions looking good there will probably be twice as many hunters. Duck numbers are up again, so here's hoping we can find a hole away from the crowds that produce all season. I'm predicting world war 3 in the marsh opening day, and then a couple weeks of hardcore scouting to figure out where the birds go to avoid the chaos
