What is 75 acres of sunflowers worth in the west central Texas area? Lease would be for the whole dove season strips shredded just turn hunters out
I kinda figured that per weekend

Sorry, missread.
Yes, 15 people on 75 acres at $100 a pop per day = 3k
Entire season, prolly 6 k
The field has to be loaded with dove though, or you gonna pizz off lots of folks.
75 acres is mucho small. Depends what you have around the 75 acres, powerlines, trees, gravel, water, milo, other hunters...and where is the roost at?

75 acres is small, can't hunt many people, and you better have water (and doves).

Hey, Cory Anderson could fit 100 hunters in that field
I figured a 20-40 hunters would be resondable @ $50 a head would be a grand a day leasing for the whole dove season would be worth a lot but u got to leave profit for who is leasing it back out

I have hunted a 20 acre plot of wild sunflowers that was mowed the week before season with about 10 to 20 guys for 3 weeks straight...about 10 hunts with limits for all on average. If you are where the dove want to be, it can sustain numbers for about 3 weeks. Most people that hunt a place more than twice, will want a better deal than $100 to $150 each hunt. If you are doing the work yourself (taking hunters out, taking money, watching field, etc), plan on about $6k for the 3 weeks. If you want to sub lease for someone else to do the work, about $2k would be fair (I wouldn't pay more than $1k and only if it was loaded with birds). Too much time and effort keeping poachers away.
