You must really trust the guys you hunt with. I would be worried someone would shoot my dog.

Wouldn't have to worry about the dog getting shot it... if it didn't break every time shooting started!

The dog is 10 yo, we know how that dog works, thats why we are very careful on our hunts, this dog is too old to learn new ways of working...

Screw anchor and a leash? Buddies old dog got shot 2 years ago. Wasn't a pretty site. Shot by one of the guys that had hunted over the dog for years.

Marinade breasts in ITaliban Dressing for a day or two. Wrap in bacon and grill or make a corn meal mix and pan fry. Or some fancy shmancy stuff

Brine them for several hours by soaking them in water with a couple table spoons of garlic salt. This helps get all the blood out if the meat,

Then marinade in Mcormicks mesquite marinade for as long as you have time. I have marinaded them over night or as little as 2 hours.

Place jalapeņo slice on breast and wrap in peppered bacon.

Place your duck wraps in a foil pan and poor the rest of your marinade over them. Make sure that all the wraps are in liquid. You can add some beer if needed.

Smoke them on the pit for an hour or so and crisp bacon over the coals.

The key is to brine them. I'll change out the water several times (without adding any more salt) until the water is free of blood.

I'm telling you they will be awesome!

Hmmm never brined mine and they taste ridiculous good. Put breast into a jalepeno with cream cheese and wrap in bacon. Might marinate in Italian dressing before hand for a hour or 2. Definetly guest favorites here at the lodge. As far as pintails on the coast, totally different then hunting them anywhere else. They get down here and get stupid. Have had them land in the spread while picking up decoys with airboat sitting near the blind.

Forgot to add cook low and slow. Grill slow until bacon gets crispy then serve medium rare to medium !

I'm going to tell you a little secret!.... hahaha, that's why we put some geese decoys, the white on this decoys helps the confidence of the pintails, 100% proven. Try and see the difference.

p.d don't tell anybody. haha
