Probably smart. Kinda like a woman going into a shoe store. It's a guarantee she ain't coming out without at least a pair or two. Can always use another case of shells and a new call. crazy

I get into trouble in places like that. I went into the gun shop to buy a lower reciever the other day for 90 bucks, walked out 1200 dollars later with a custom ar. I'd spend every penny I had if I went to macks.

Read that the amo could be bad in freezing weather. What if it aint freezing, would you take that risk to fire them?
Anyway, bought some muckboots, socks and a drake parka.
On my way back stopped at a roost to see 50,000 plus mallards hit the roost. It was a show!

This is just 1/10 th of the roost. The black band you see are all mallard heads packed togethr.
The band streched 1 mile and was 100 yards wide. Never seen so many ducks up close. It was insain...

I have been there too and know the feeling! Hopefully drake has improved their stuff. I have a blind bag of theirs I bought three years ago, it was falling apart last year. Still usable, but the strap swivel snaps broke (plastic), then the stitching in the handle velcro came apart, then one of the closure buckles snapped last week. I also have their mid season parka, and it is very comfortable but not waterproof at all. I expected better quality for the price. Probably will not buy another piece of Drake gear.
