Well I worry about it when I've been sitting two hours and was watching 12-15 mallards swimming around my decoys until those jack wagons started shooting.
I heard none this morning, which was good cause GW's # was pulled up, just had to hit call.
You should call the night before and give them a chance at catching them... chances are, unless they're right on top of the offenders, they are not going to catch anybody because there would be no actual proof. Maybe even video/audio record it for them and take pictures of plate numbers at the parking areas.
To me, it doesn't bother me that much to have a few shots a
FEW minutes early. I wouldn't do it myself, but I can't make everyone synchronize their watches to mine, and if I'm set up close enough for early shots to bother any ducks in my spread- I should probably be a little further away from the noise. Otherwise, if you choose to hunt near the crowds, you deal with it however you see fit. Call the GW, or don't sweat it and just hunt. I guarantee we are not talking about night hunting/poaching here, probably all within 10mins of the mathematical LST which is probably a waste of time in court for the GW's who have much bigger fish to fry.
