I picked up some gamewinner supertuff 800 from academy. I'm happy with them so far, it's worth checking them out. Not bad for $120 on sale and a 3 month warranty against any leaks or issues

I was thinking about going by Academy tomorrow on my way to work. I think they are having an early Black Friday sale this week. Thanks

I got some three fork waders on sale at cabelas for $75 a couple months ago. They're not neoprene but that's the reason I got them, I would much rather layer up and so far they have treated me right. Just catch them on sale and make sure you get a good warranty, almost all waders will leak eventually.

I'd go academy, you can return them anytime no questions asked, with or without a reciept

I picked up a two sets of the gamewinner supertuff 800 from academy for the wife and I last Monday. We used them all weekend duck hunting. We stayed warm and cozy in the mornings. They are light weight and breathable. Great deal on them also.

No issues while walking in knee deep water.

I'd say they are a great investment.

I have canvas ones from cabelas. They work real well. I wear wool pants and long underwear under them, they aren't warm, just keep the water out. Seems like they don't absorb water like neoprene either. My buddy had some neoprene ones and it was -10 out, they absorbed water and then cracked on him. Didn't leak, but that outer layer split when it froze and he moved.
