Public Land in Collin County? & RR Land report.

Anyone hunt those Collin County fields opening day? I am curious on how that went. Hunted Ray Roberts yesterday morning, good overall, saw decent amounts of birds (probably 40-50), but the landowner next to the public land baited the hell out of his field, and all the birds were staying across the fence line. If all 15 of the hunters on his land didnt get their limit, they are TERRIBLE shooters... It sounded like a gun range over there. I can't say much as I am cleaning the two dove I shot, but lost two more in the thick overgrowth of the public land.
