Have no idea what your referring to Guy, it was a very nice morning out and I saw tons of dove in several fields, should be a great opener Monday morning.
Almost had a close call dodging one group of guys scouting a field not watching were they were going though, as I said be carefull out there today.

Yes no doubt but from what I saw this morning it's going to be a good opener for sure. Saw more birds this morning than I have seen in a long time in several different fields too. I just got to find one that is not too crowded.

I go from no place to hunt(with birds) 2 weeks ago to finding them in large numbers, seems to happen that way every year.

Well if you are almost running into people scouting, I bet that field will be crowed.

I took my cheap push mower out there and got a few strips in. I don't think it made much difference. If your field doesn't produce, Monday, swing on by Winters. Mine may not produce, either, but we're more fun.

Why didn't you steal some cash out of your wife's purse and go rent a small tractor with a cutter? SMH

Too much trouble. I just mowed a few strips and drive 65 through there in my truck to knock some down. Good enough.

On a side note, about 20 white wings just flew over the house. Good sign.

I'm just going to kick back in the shade under a pivot.
