The forecast for where I am hunting shows AM T-Storms on Sunday but 0% chance on Monday....I hope the weekend rains don't push the birds.

I'm not worried about the birds leaving. I'm worried about the dirt road to my best spot being too muddy to drive down. That would pretty much ruin my chance for a quick limit.

I'll believe it when I see it. Predictions have been quite wrong lately up here.

hey just wear your Muck Boots Monday. One of the best dove shoots I ever had was near Graham steady drizzle, limited by 7:15. Spent the rest of the day pullin vehicles out of the mud !!!

The weekend after that will be the kicker.
55 degrees in the mornin and 75 in the afternoon with 4 days of 80% rain.

Screw the doves

Let it rain for 7 straight days, 2-3 feet....now!

I called mexico yesterday. The guy that answered the phone said that they are covered with dove, trillions.
They were laughing at the gringos crying about their fields only holding 100 birds.
