I have come to the conclusion that if you are hunting around topwaters everyday of the season...chances are...you are a topwater. If you can't out hunt a topwater...you are a topwater. So everyone needs to quit complaining and get to scouting!

Back on topic! If we are who we hunt with. Well now I mainly hunt with my brother. So let's flesh that one out. He is a 60s era hippie surfer University of houston art major and trophy deer hunter.

Now he is a strict Conservative aging redneck who wouldn't throw a bullet at a deer if you paid him. He turned to ducks late in life but has really shot the fuel to it in his brief 7 years of ducks. He is always ready for the 12 hour drive to our north spot and talks about it all year. He collects antique decoys (They were made when he was young so yes they are antiques).

So if we are who we hunt with, I am good with it.

I'll go w/that premise...I hunt w/my dog.
