Can I dove hunt with a Mossberg 930 Spx? Do I need to get a new barrell, sorry I have searched everywhere and have come up empty handed. Thanks.

I don't see why not, just have a plug in it.

Barrel length or type has no bearing on hunting use, magazine/shell capacity does
