By 'we,' you mean Texas? Not likely.
First and foremost, these are not giant or super pigs. The adults typically weigh 120-250 lbs, surprisingly similar to Texas hogs.

Even the ferals and domestics in Europe will breed with Wild Boar and have been for hundreds of years, if not many thousands of years (given that hogs were domesticated in Europe and Asia 8-10k years ago).
