I hate big hogs.

This large hog has come in on two different occasions and messed with my feeder. This is a lower feeder and he has taken advantage of it. This time he knocked to cover off and pulled the battery out. He is now on the top of my kill list. I have a great neighbor that will go over and fix it for me as I usually won’t be out for another week.

I hate 'em too. Great shot of him going up though.

You gotta upgrade to a stouter feeder, as soon as you're able.

Is there a trap around you could borrow?

Sucks but I’m going to say you should upgrade your feeder. That is a cheap flimsy feeder, the get fd to easy

I'm going to have to agree that you need a better feeder. That's really not that big of a pig. However, I hope you kill him!

I totally agree with the upgrade. I didn’t have a feeder here and was given this one. It has been there for over two years with no issue, until now. A new feeder is on the list of things we need to get.

Get em

Kill the hog. It's cheaper and more fun than replacing the feeder.

I had one big boar that knew if he pushed on one leg of the trip-pod, eventually it would fall over. He tore up several feeders before I finally got him and then discovered that he had trained a couple more on the technique. After killing three big boars in a row, the problem went away. Good luck getting him before he completely knocks it down.

Leg extensions should get it up out of reach. They are smart.

Kill em all

We had to drive a t post on each leg of ours and tie it down or they would turn them over. Had one too low and they ripped the cover off timer and tore all to pieces

Ha Ha you need to barb wire it all the way around. I have had them work at it and end up rolling my feeder around and tearing the feeder box off the feeder. I have had them dig out tposts the legs were wired to. Good luck, put some hog toys out to take the heat off your feeders.
