atn x sight 4k pro

i just put the new firmware update into my x sight 4 k pro. is still freezes, and i can't find the mil-dot recticle. Anybody know how to find it? it's not where the other rectilces are . I have both the 4x20 and the 3x12. I bought both about a year ago it's the 3x12 thats freezing up. I keep sending messages to atn but not getting anything back from them.

Sorry I don't, but issues like that are why I never do the updates. ATN is known for their terrible customer service. I hope you get it figured out tho.
