Lucky shot

Lucky shot - 10/20/20 12:28 AM

Did a late afternoon stalk by the creek. I was wearing some electronic Walker Game ears for the first time [Linked Image]
because that 458 socom is so dang loud, I also added a muzzle device that throws the gunk downfield instead of at my eardrums. Anyways, she gets up in a thick brush next to me and with those hearing devices it sounds loud and I can't figure out what I am hearing. She takes off through the woods, I get off 3 shots between trees and brush and was surprised to find her dead, but look at the entry hole that 458 left. No exit hole on this hog.

Awesome. That entry wound reminds me of my muzzle loader, just smaller LOL. 50 cal 285 grain Barnes HP is a hole making SOB. clap

Yep this is the 'entry' hole on a boar I shot with my SOCOM.
