Sow & Piglet in Lee County

Sow & Piglet in Lee County - 08/20/20 11:36 PM

Finally made it out, and managed to find where the hogs where. There are some deer hunters who operate on the land where I hunt hogs, and the piggies had been visiting their feeder several times daily. They said I could shoot hogs at their feeder, so I set up Tuesday morning and the hogs came right in. I shot a sow that weighed about 100 Lbs, and nailed a piglet that weighed less than ten pounds. I tried to recover the bullet from the sow, but couldn't find it. I don't have a fancy metal detector thing like some folks. I don't shoot enough hogs to make something like that worthwhile. Heck, DNS and Pig_Popper can shoot more hogs in one evening than I get all year! roflmao

Yeah, I need to work on that…

Here they come! Rushing in to steal some food from the deer.
