I was impressed at the size of the wound track that the 100 grain projectile produced.

Popper I’ve been using the 100 partition for a while now they definitely to a good job on hogs you put a good shot on that one . I’m using benchmark getting just below 2800 with good groups. [Linked Image]

That's crazy. I wonder if the big shoulder wound down below was from another bullet? I thought I saw a entry wound low on the exit side. Could a pig walk away from a shoulder wound that nasty?

It was not from another bullet. It is just peripheral tissue damage from the CNS shot. The areas under the shoulder blades near a ballistic wound often look pretty terrible.

We killed a couple more pigs last weekend but multiple shooters and bullets were in play so I couldn’t be sure which wound tract was which - hope to get some more by the end of the month and hopefully a recovered bullet but i hear the partitions are hard to stop...
