Bucket List

Bucket List - 02/20/19 09:38 PM

I have a friend who is approaching 80 who wants to hunt in Texas. He has family in the Mt Pleasant (titus county)
area. I have agreed to bring him on down from Pa. but have no contacts or knowledge of the area. I believe the family member is a non hunter.

Any input on hunting in that area even a reputable outfitter (tight budget) so he can get shooting would be greatly appreciated.

If he likes to bird hunt, check out Hidden Lakes. Not the cheapest, but they're conveniently located about 10 miles south of Sulphur Springs and they run a great operation. Also, their food is terrific.

Thanks. He speaks of hogs and stuff. But we both like bird hunting.

Try Huntin' the Wild. It's just north of Mt. Pleasant. Nice place. Comfortable lodging. Kayle Campbell 903-305-3258. Tell him Ryan from New Orleans recommended him and I'm still waiting for my four horn.
