Wife is sold on this thing , she’s used at CrossFit. I made it about 6 minutes first time, definitely went out to fast. Rogue Concept 2 model D

I don't see any "oars"? 
I need exercise, but I manage to injure myself and/or over do it on any man-made machine. 'Had my knees injected yesterday for an upcoming AK mountain goat hunt.

We own a Concept 2 Rower, a Ski-Erg and a Bike, all of their equipment is outstanding. You will love the rower.

One of my favorite pieces of work out equipment. Like mentioned above its great for cardio and not hard on your body like hitting the road for a few miles.
