Free Weights - 07/13/20 04:40 AM

I have a set of iron weights,. believe they are either Weider or York. Also a weight bench, Is there a market for these? Seems like the "plates" were sold by the pound. If there is a market how do I determine worth and where would I sell them? Have Olympic bar and Z bar. Thanks in advance.

No problem, You can probably post them on THF and TBH and sell them.

I have a
Golds Incline Bench
Golds 6' Olympic bar
4' Curl/Z bar
Golds 45# plates-2
Golds 25# plates-2
10, 5, 2.5# plates
Assuming Olympic bar is 35# there will be 210#s of usable weight

Also have a several bikes and other equipment. Should I run one ad or several? Any help is appreciated.
