Anyone tried this?
I’m older, fatter, and less flexible than ever. Have to do something. Additionally I have a ruptured disc I am trying to avoid surgery on. Need to get moving......

Ah! I know what it is, now.
I do believe his program is real, however, I don’t believe you need to spend that kind of money to get those kinds of results.

I think that you would be better off taking a beginning yoga class then continue the program checking your form with free YouTube videos.

I do yoga at home using beginner videos on youtube. Generally the 20 to 25 minute programs. I'm a believer. Give it about 90 days and you'll be amazed at the improvement.
