Do you call it wasting food to throw it out once you have stuffed yourself? Do you think the term over stuffing yourself is redundant?

I rarely waste any food except for when I am at the deer lease. Only reason it gets wasted there is because of limited space to keep it cool or frozen until the next day. And yes I call it wasted if it goes in the trash or camp fire.

Yes I do. I try to save as much meat as possible after cooking, but as for the veggies, I throw those away. They get all soggy after a few days.

Well we don't eat every bit of food that comes in our house, but it is almost all recycled in some way. Either feed to the critters, or in the compost pile. We waste very little.

I’ll save meat, potatoes and salad. Sometimes veggies

We cook or prepare a little less than what we think we'll consume so usually little or no waste and keeps us fitter. lol if that's a word.

I’ll cook only what we will eat, unless we want some left overs. Shrimp Creole for instance. Great left over, never wasted.
