Steel for knives

I was wondering if there would be any interest is some high carbon steel that I have. These are prop and drive shafts from lower units of outboard motors.
Have no idea what it is worth if anything. Was thinking about trading for a knife. If there is no interest they are going to the scrape pile.

I'll buy them from you, if we could somehow meet up.
