I promise to start posting other styles. I've just had a run on fighters lately. This one is 1/8" thick 1084 that is 10" OAL with a 5.5" cutting edge. I cut the scales out of a large block of highly figured black and white ebony and stabilized them. I could have gotten a couple good sized handles out of the block, but decided to just have one really nice and symmetrical handle instead. Brass pins and mosaic pins along with a little bit of jimping for thumb grip round out the knife. The sheath is 8 oz veg tan leather hand tooled and hand stitched. I added the pre etch and post etch pics to show off the differential heat treat of the blade since the colors aren't visible after polishing.
