Paring Knife

Paring Knife - 06/02/19 08:04 PM

Neat little kitchen paring knife or it could be used as a bird and trout knife. Blade is CPM 154 made from 1/8" bar stock but I full flat ground the blade portion down to 1/16" thickness at the spine to aid in slicing. Heat treated and tempered to HRC 60. Scales are green canvas Micarta with yellow liners and mosaic pins. 7 5/16" overall and 3 5/8" tip to scales.

Nice! I just finished a paring knife for my brother in law. He requested a shorter blade and I was happy to oblige.
