Damasteel WIP - 05/05/19 01:17 AM

Time now for handles, gotta admit I sanded my fingerprints off my hands. grin Started with120 grit finished up 5000. Muriatic Acid etch finished up with 5000. I'm going to put Tiger Maple handle on it tomorrow. I've seen other makers finish it up sanding and buffing it to where you could barley see the pattern.

Thanks guys, I'm real happy the way it came out. I was worried, I've never done Damasteel before, and that's a pretty expensive billet. When it started developing I yelled out a Hallelujah. clap

I've used their RWL34 before but never have used their Damasteel. I've had inquiries about it but when I gave them a price they always decided on something else. You're certainly right about it being expensive!!!
