Damascus Chefs Knife

Damascus Chefs Knife - 02/24/19 08:59 PM

Made this one for a forum member. I made the blade from an Alabama Damascus billet. Heat treated and tempered to HRC 59. Scales are vintage Westinghouse Micarta from the 1950's with red and white liners and stainless Corby bolts. It's the last of the old Micarta that I have available. 8" cutting edge and 12 5/8" overall.

That joker is SHARP, the handle is the perfect contour and texture, and it's as photogenic as the First Lady. That knife is seriously one of my most prized possessions. Thank you for making my knife to my exact specifications, Mike. You are the man!
