James Daughtry WMA compartment

Any suggestions on a compartment there? Never hunted it so not familiar. Will be bow hunting most likely from a ground blind by the looks of it

I deer hunted there a couple of times. I think every unit has plenty of deer. The compartment chosen will probably depend more on where you plan and sleeping/camping.

Looking at 7&8 or 11&12. Wasn't sure how thick it got close to the river. It's where hwy99 closes the lake looks good but was worries we'd be shut out by thick brush

I turkey hunted 11 and 12 this year. it is thick in places but there are areas that are open. I did see a ton of deer when i was turkey hunting.

Was there last year on the management hunt. We were in #4. Lot of good places there to hang a lock on or 2!!!
