Problems Pulsar Thermion XP50 - 12/16/20 08:19 AM

Hi everyone,
I'm Italian hunter, I bought a Pulsar Thermion XP50, and the first time I shot to calibrate it, some broken pixels came out, I did the procedure to for defective pixels repairs, but it didn't work.
I wrote to Pulsar that he replaced the scope, I have calibrated second Thermion and had the same problem as the first, very honestly Pulsar gave me my money back.
I would like to buy another one but without defects, but I'm afraid that even the third one is going not to be good.
Looking on "You Tube", I didn't see any Thermion that have defective pixels, even a few.
Has anyone ever had pixels that do not go away with the repair procedure?
I saw a thread from Jason, answering a similar problem but couldn't find anything else.
Maybe a wrong production series?
Thanks for your time and sorry if my english is not perfect.

There’s one issue set aside, you’re not over-calibered.

I think too, it seems strange to me that it happened on two Thermions, so I'd like to know if it happened to others

Did they issue you a new unit before you sent the old one back?

I've seen instances where a customer sends in a defective unit and that same exact unit is sent back to them.

They had two different serial numbers and I checked the second one before going to the shooting range to calibrate it, it was flawless.
