Saw this on another forum and thought I'd share here. Too funny.

It just doesn't seem complicated to me. But maybe I am kind of slow.

I can see arguments for both. FFP can suck on low range depending on the reticle.

Absolutely, there are pros and cons to each.

I like the utility of a good reticle in the FFP for long range work. Ive also never seen a FFP scope on a crossover rig that suited me on low power to take full advantage of a larger exit pupil in low light. Both have their place where they are superior.
