I have one. It has not screwed up yet but it is getting replaced by a Flir thermal as soon as I can make it happen. I would not buy one if I could redo my that purchase.

You won't find much love for ATN on this forum and for good reason.

I'd suggest checking into the Sightmark Photon RT 4.5x42S. They are the direct competitors to the X-Sights and you'll find a lot of great reviews (including on THF) on them. When it comes to customer service and support, Sightmark is the best. The Photons are extremely reliable scopes and I don't think you'll be disappointed. Feel free to give me a call or shoot me a message if you have questions about them.

Hey mr Jason, are those new pulsar digital available yet? Got to use one for about 10 min, and really liked it. I realize it didn’t get asked about, but figured it was semi relevant..

Shot plenty of pigs with mine before going thermal. My 2nd Armasight goes back to the factory today. 2 for 2 on those. ATN wasn't perfect, but never had to send back to the factory. FWIW

I didn't have any luck with ATN. The new 4k is much better but once I switched to Pulsar/Sightmark I never looked back and haven't regretted it a bit.

So far my Sightmark Photon RT 4.5x42 is working good.

I had an ATN X Sight 3-13. Worked good enough out to 75 meters.
I used a Surefire M951 light with an IR filter. You must have some sort of IR
Illumination! It’s also bulky and a little heavy.

The scope never gave me major problems.. ATN gets bad wrap here and some of it may be deserved for the past. They have made up for a lot of their past mistakes. I would suggest finding someone who has one and testing it out for yourself. It all comes down to personal preference. For the money its a great scope day and night vision that records in HD with a good working ballistic calculator. GPS on it sucks and freezes the scope so turn that off, and the built in range finder is not a laser range finder and is pretty much useless in my opinion in real hunting situations.

The 3x14 will pixelate beyond 8-10x and at max zoom is pretty grainy, but thats most digital scopes. You will be good at 200 yards and in with it no problem.

If you do get one, plan on getting an external battery pack or spend a ton of Lithium AA Batteries. and you will need an aftermarket IR light (the wicked Light A67ir 3-in-1 is a fantastic choice.

Honestly though unless you are finding it for a steal, I would look at the new line of 4K scopes. I like them a lot better.

the Photon is another solid choice as far as strictly night vision, and for day time use the ATN blows it out of the water. But it is a solid and reliable scope with no bells and whistles.

I'm very sorry I missed this questions Midway. Which Pulsar digital scope are you referring to? The DigiSight N355? I honestly haven't checked to see. I had some interest in them early on but it seems like because of the price everyone is choose the Sightmark Photon RT or going ahead and biting the bullet and going with thermal. I can't really blame people either, it's hard not to move on into thermal if you are spending $1,300 a lot of people are spending another $200 putting an external IR on them. So $1,500 and you're only a few hundred away from a Pulsar Core RXQ30V.

No worries. Just hadn’t heard much about them in last couple months . Figured they’d be real popular. I thought they discontinued the core 30? Maybe I was told wrong?

The Pulsar Core RXQ30V is still in production but Pulsar has cut off all dealer orders for it for 2018 because the demand is so high and they already have more orders in the system than the factory can actually produce during the rest of the year. So if a dealer didn't already have orders in the system when they closed it to more orders in July, they won't be getting any more RXQ's this year. There was nor warning about this happening so thankfully I had a decent amount still on back order.

In reality, this won't affect the consumer at all because Pulsar was only going to make X number of them and they are still only going to make the same X number of them. It's darn popular little thermal, that's for sure!
