Simmons Aetek Warranty? old

I have a Simmons Aetek 3.8x12x44AO scope i bought when i was in high school in 2001. It worked great for a few years and then wouldnt sight in. Kept moving. Its just been in storage for years and moved with me as i got older.

Does it have warranty? What warranty does it have? Is it under bushnell now?

Everything I've read and heard is that the Aetecs have a lifetime warranty.
Some of their other, lower product lines have just 1 year.
Go to this link and send it in to them.
Return shipping and handling is $10, you might be pleasantly suprised.

I doubt they will replace it for free. The company has gone bankrupt and then bought twice since your scope was made.
Definitely can't replace it as I know that Your scope has not been built since about 2006

Been a couple years back but I sent one in and couple days later got a new one back in its place. Course new one probably wasn't near what the old one was back in the day!
